CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

An individual, leaving a request on the websites https://findler.ru/ and https://rebrandy.co/ via feedback forms, acting freely, of his own free will and in his own interests, and also confirming his legal capacity, provides his consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter "Consent") to the Limited Liability Company "REBRANDY CONSULTING" (TIN 7203488234, OGRN 1197232022811, address: 625041, Tyumen Oblast, Tyumen, Bakinskikh Komissarov St., Bldg. 1, Apt. 70, e-mail: info@rebrandy.co - "Operator"), for the processing of their personal data in accordance with the conditions set out below:

1. Consent is given for the processing of the following of my personal data: personal data that does not belong to a special category of personal data or to biometric personal data: name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, name of the employer company, data collected through metric programs (Yandex.Metrica).

2. Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with the use of automation tools and without the use of automation tools.

3. Purposes of processing personal data: discussion of a possible project.

4. Actions during the processing of personal data include: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

5. Third parties processing personal data on behalf of REBRANDY CONSULTING LLC for the purpose specified in the consent: Yandex LLC, INN 7736207543, address: 119021, Moscow, Leo Tolstoy St., 16

6. Personal data are processed within 30 days from the date of refusal to further discuss the project or from the date of the decision to conclude an agreement for the project in accordance with Part 4 of Article 21 of Federal Law 152-FZ, whichever occurs first.

7. Consent may be revoked by sending a statement to the Operator at the address of the Operator’s location or to the e-mail specified at the beginning of the Consent.

In case of withdrawal of Consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without it if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.

The consent is valid until the moment of termination of the processing of personal data specified in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Consent.
